Rare signed IKUO earrings from the celebrated Japanese-born Paris couture jewelry designer Ikuo Ichimori. His work was prized from the late 70’s on by Balmain, Gaultier and Lagerfeld. This example bears the IKUO mark without “Paris,” a variation noted on early or fashion house collaboration pieces.
