This is an absolutely beautiful, handmade 14kt yellow gold ruby and diamond open heart pendant. This lovely pendant has 10 natural untreated round cut rubies, with a most desirable deep red color. These vibrant gems were hand set in a thick, strong very powerful open heart pendant mounting. There are also 8 F- color, VVS2- clarity, natural not enhanced, bright white fiery single cut diamonds. The thick, powerful double bail can accommodate many different size chains.
