This is a CINER or in the manner of because it is unsigned clip earring. Ciner was known for this design. In any event it is a heavyweight totally unused excellently made shrimp or fish earring with cabochon stones.
(Clip closures work well. 2) scratches on one faux pearl. These earrings may also benefit from being cleaned. 4) the glass cab to its left has a crack (see pic #6).
