Single vintage gold tone crown clip on earring made by Arthur Pepper signed ART on the back. The hinged back of the 1 inch earring is not there— please see pictures. This could be converted to a pin. Please also note that on the left side of the crown, one of the turquoise colored cabochons is misssing from the center and on the right side, to the left of the center “pearl”, a red rhinestone is missing. As far as I can tell, this has faux mini pearls, red rhinestones, and turquoise colored cabs and you should be able to locate matching parts to replace the missing cabochons. This earring has significant heft and is beautiful!
