The brooch is signed and made of high-quality pewter, which adds to its value and durability. Very good pre-owned condition.
It appears to be pewter and has a nice sturdy weight but isn’t heavy or bulky. The pin back is a standard safety catch and appears to date the pin to the 1980’s. It isn’t signed but is well made. I love the darker blue on the gray with the ombre effect.
