There is a 4.5 mm garnet bead connecting to the irregular shape garnet bead (about 10 mm x 5 mm). The design has sections with 3 strands of 3 mm size round garnet beads in between. This is a hand-threaded necklace and you can see the end thread which you wear towards the back.
