Unique vintage-style apple pendant featuring vibrant red rhinestones and a green crystal leaf set in gold-tone metal. The piece opens to reveal a small interior compartment, making it both decorative and functional as a trinket or pill box. Marked “Made in Italy” inside. A hard-to-find figural design, reminiscent of high-end designer styles such as Judith Leiber, with a bold, eye-catching look. Measures approximately 1.5–2 inches. Includes black cord necklace. In good condition with some visible wear to metal and minor glue/residue around stones consistent with age (see photos). Missing two stones as pictured.
